Your Opportunity

The goal of Plan Administration & Implementation (PAI) is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, a Specialist within PAI is responsible for accurately executing high volume processing of complex disbursements, creating, and fulfilling regulatory notices, as well as researching historical activity. In addition, we are expected to maintain relationships with internal business partners while ensuring total compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law.


What you are good at

The Specialist is expected to handle volumes of distributions while understanding the many operational processes within the group. Position responsibilities include: responding to internal partner inquiries, maintaining quality control and procedures, creating process improvements, mitigating risk, streamlining workflows, and audit fulfillment. Flexibility and meticulous attention to detail, initiative in researching tasks, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to meet multiple challenging deadlines is vital to success in this position. Crucial to success is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors. The successful candidate must have superior analytical skills, processing experience/knowledge of SRi is preferred, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure that daily client deliverables are met.

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
