T-Mobile’s Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is on a major transformation journey and we are seeking a Change & Communications Specialist to play a role in telling the transformation story!


As a key member of the Data & Reporting Portfolio within Elevate Transformation, you will be responsible for creating communication deliverables in support of a large portfolio to keep them informed of relevant information and updates.


Responsibilities include managing the portfolio communication roadmap, collaborating with the broader Elevate Transformation Change & Comms Team and developing and maintaining content.


The right person for this role is highly detail-oriented, has strong project management and written and verbal communication skills and is excited to take the pen and write the story of transformation for the Data & Reporting Portfolio within Elevate Transformation!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Portfolio’s Communication Roadmap: Provide expertise and insights into the Portfolio Communication Roadmap to set the cadence and content of communications. Manage the roadmap and update as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the Portfolio.
  • Collaborate and Integrate Portfolio Communication Roadmap with Elevate Transformation Change & Comms Team: Collaborate with the project-level Elevate change team for alignment and to ensure that cohesive messaging is provided across the Portfolio and Project.
  • Change Management: leverage expertise to manage the velocity and capacity of the team for change. This will ensure effective and efficient implementation of change while addressing “change fatigue” of stakeholders.
  • Content Development: leverage creativity and business acumen to effectively communicate Portfolio content. This includes newsletters, webpages, all-hands meetings, trainings materials and ad hoc communications.
  • Content Management: develop and utilize a taxonomy to track and manage communication materials to facilitate the quick referencing of previous communications. Leverage the taxonomy to ensure consistent messaging over time and across platforms.
  • Training Support: develop and support required training programs associated with portfolio initiatives and application implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with communication tools and platforms such as Word, PoliteMail, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus!


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience of business writing and editing such as newspaper, magazine, website and/or corporate communications.
  • 2-4 years’ experience of working in a fast paced, high-volume Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function.
