As members of the Workforce Expansion team, we support the needs of VTEX’s exponential growth rates. We are recruiting without losing what VTEX claims for excellence, while maintaining a strong employer brand.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to help us finding the future of VTEX.

- Coordinate staffing needs with leaders
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Experience with any ATS
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Familiarity with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and communication experience
- Experience sourcing for passive candidates
- Able to communicate effectively in English
