As members of the Workforce Expansion team, we support the needs of VTEX’s exponential growth rates. We are recruiting without losing what VTEX claims for excellence, while maintaining a strong employer brand.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to help us finding the future of VTEX.


AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL HAVE AUTONOMY TO:

  • Find the right people to the right position
  • Help us to design a disruptive process
  • Always search for improvements and opportunities regarding our Hiring Process
  • Structure hiring trainings for the Growth team
  • Guarantee an incredible candidate experience
  • Coordinate staffing needs with leaders


WE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • Experience with any ATS
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Familiarity with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and communication experience
  • Experience sourcing for passive candidates
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
