The Pricing and Underwriting team is looking for a mid-career full stack developer, preferably with enterprise cloud experience, to meet a need within our Corporate Finance department.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and collaborative full stack developer with experience in Java 8 (Spring Boot) and Javascript ES2015+ (React).
Other technologies used include Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kafka, Oracle, and Jenkins.
The team has a strong culture of automation and unit testing, including jUnit, karma, jasmine, gulp, and webpack.

What you need to do the job:

MUST be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts or Evernorth

Strong background in object oriented software development Knowledge of modern, cloud-hosted, single page applications.
Previous experience with unit testing and automated builds and deploys Ability to write web services in Java using the Spring Boot framework.
Ability to write user interface software in Javascript using React Ability to write queries and design tables in Oracle.
Candidates must be team oriented and relational, as the existing team values collocation and collaboration to enable high output and good business value.
Experience using Pivotal Cloud Foundry tools Experience using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployments.
Previous experience using Kafka to build event-driven architecture between applications.
Familiarity with building applications in a large scale enterprise environment Ability to use Bootstrap 4 to build responsive user interfaces in React
