Software Development Intern

Intel's Manufacturing and Operations Automation Business Analytics group is championing the development of AI based Tool Analytics. This facilitates the development of INTELs leading edge Optane memory technology used in Data Centers and SSD as well as Intel's processor High volume manufacturing. We are hiring for the position of Automation Analytics Graduate Intern. Responsibilities relating to this challenging position would include development and sustaining of advanced data analytical applications, optimized data paths and integration with Big data infrastructure. The candidate should be an effective listener possesses excellent presentation and communication skills as well as the ability to interpret simplify information for others in a clear and concise manner. Candidate should be able to work Independently as part of a broader organization and collaborate INTELs HVM and Product development facilities. Engagement with internal customers will be essential to ensure that development meets the business need of reducing quality issues and supporting revenues and profit margins. Must demonstrate very high level working experience in Python or C# and ability to use open source advanced analytics packages.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly


Minimum Qualifications

  • The candidate must be pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data science or Analytics, Mathematics or related field
  • 6+ months of experience in the following areas:
  • Programming Python or C#/.NET
  • Machine learning and Computer Vision (Open CV etc) with Python
  • This is a 6 months internship


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience
  • 6 months of experience in the following areas
  • Data Analytics with Spark
  • Web Development with Angular/.NET
  • Familiarity with Semiconductor Process and Tools
  • Big data API development
  • UI development in Angular

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:

$52,000.00-$147,000.00
