- Design, integrate, and implement next-generation solutions for Workday’s Talent Development Platform
- Designs and develop solutions to address business needs using platform system standards.
- Design and develop engaging user experiences
- Passionate about innovative software development, eager to learn about cutting-edge technologies, and have proven ability to deliver quality software
Basic Qualifications:
Software Development Engineer
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing web services
- Strong understanding of OOD/OOP
- 1-4 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise software, components, frameworks, web applications.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Senior Associate Software Development Engineer
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing web services
- Strong understanding of OOD/OOP
- 1-2 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise software, components, frameworks, web applications.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Other Qualifications:
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
- Experience with backend frameworks and languages including NodeJS and Python
- Experience with a modern front-end frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with RDBMS database

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
