Software America's (AMR) Sales Leader

The Intel Software America's (AMR) Sales Leader will be responsible for driving the business from a strategic and financial perspective. This leader will be responsible for setting the regional KPIs and delivering to revenue targets for the Software/SaaS business in alignment with overall corporate objectives.


The leader will be responsible for timely execution of the overall strategy. The leader will also play a key role in providing inputs into product strategy and the roadmap working closely with the SATG BU. This leader is expected to set KPI's and own revenue and accountability towards the BU growth objectives.


This leader will be foundational in building and growing healthy teams through talent management, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and career development. With their teams, the leader will be responsible to inspire and foster a culture of customer-centricity, direct solution sales, adoption and use through collaboration with peers and extended teams.


Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and implement a strategic revenue generation plan aligned with the company's and the software business unit overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth, drive initiatives for lead generation to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers. Drive deep engagement with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles.
  • Identify strategic partnerships or alliances that contribute to revenue growth and work closely with the partnership leader to execute to them.
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure and optimize the effectiveness of revenue-generating activities.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on market trends, sales performance, and other relevant factors.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals.
  • Drive and participate in contract structuring and negotiations.
  • Exemplify strong people leadership and manage large multi-functional and multi-country teams.
  • Strong driver of Intel culture internally, advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion across the Intel workforce.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of growing SW/SaaS revenue to tens of millions of dollars in ARR at scale.
  • Ability to craft and execute a sales strategy effectively.
  • Experience with sales and organizational transformation.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Experience of general management/commercial leadership experience in complex technology solutions.
  • Experience and deep understanding of Solutions eco-system, offerings, and business models; SaaS, PaaS, etc.

  • Experienced international leader of people, able to inspire and build followship. History of developing others, recruiting top talent, and getting them to collaborate as a high-functioning team.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $300,523.00-$480,829.00 salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. 


In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
