The Task at Hand:

You must have a proven ability to use data to identify insights and build compelling stories, ask questions, evaluate work, learn and adapt quickly.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To understand business goals and user needs, then plan, develop and deliver clear, relevant content that brings the two together. 
  • Develop and Execute creative and relevant Social Media and Influencer campaigns for your customers that include ability to conceptualize contests and social initiatives  to increase social media engagement and following.
  • Manage Creative from pillars & campaign Ideation to Production shoots including Moodboard and Shot List creation 
  • Work cross functionally to ensure cohesive strategy with paid media, email, and the marketing calendar
  • Work with our graphics designer and other marketing team members to ideate and produce social content.
  • Work with Influencer Relations Specialist to repurpose content on social platforms and strategize on types of content you would like from influencers 
  • Work with Social Media Support that all content is scheduled for the month across all platforms
  • Daily management of all social media channels, including scheduled posts on weekends and off hours.
  • Ongoing creation of new content concepts in response to fan/follower engagement behaviors, industry trends, holidays etc.
  • Track, report & evaluate social media data, analytics and ROI reports with suggestions for growth and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, blogs, other instagram profiles.
  • Maintaining an awareness of current trends in topics and social media platforms 
  • Research trends to create content that is applicable to current trends and news.


Requirements:  

  • A solid understanding of social media is required.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills are needed 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and keep organized.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to generate ideas for content and copywriting 
  • Organized and accountable for responsibilities and projects.
  • Passion for media, technology and popular culture, with an understanding of existing and emerging social networks.
