• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns to gain insight and assess against goals.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Organization and Attention to Detail:

• Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and professionally presented.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
