Revelle is creating a personalized online shopping experience to help women find clothes that actually fit. More and more women are visiting our platform every day, and we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead to take ownership of our channels (organic and paid), engage our thriving community, and bring Revelle’s social media to the next level with cutting-edge creative.

This role will:

  • Own the Revelle social media content calendars (Instagram, TikTok & Twitter)
  • Work closely with the existing Revelle team including photographer, graphic designer, community manager, content creator, blog editor, & content strategist to grow the channels
  • Provide creative direction to execute a clear visual aesthetic that is consistent across platforms
  • Manage all paid social initiatives, executing and building upon an existing paid Instagram strategy, with the opportunity to expand paid social initiatives to other platforms
  • Lead influencer marketing and partnerships, expanding upon existing influencer relationships and directing outreach for new contracts & content partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Revelle’s founder to ensure social media supports business goals
  • Analyze and report on performance for all social media marketing activity, including making recommendations for creative and strategy improvements

An ideal candidate:

  • Is an experienced marketer with 3 – 5 years of experience
  • Must have experience with paid Instagram advertising (advertising on other social media platforms a plus!)
  • Is a lifetime learner who is agile and always looking to acquire new skills
  • Has worked at a startup, and preferably at a tech-driven, consumer-focused brand
  • Is a creative problem solver
  • Has both a creative and analytical mind
  • Has at least some experience with Canva, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
  • Has personal experience with the clothing fit problem Revelle is trying to solve
  • Is excited at the prospect of building their own team at a high-growth startup
