As a Social Media intern, you will lead a global social media campaign for the Chief Information Office (CIO) interns participating in this summer. You will work with various teams to design and execute a strategy that will showcase the amazing work and experiences of the CIO interns, as well as promote the Kyndryl employer brand and culture.
You will create engaging and original content for various social media platforms, inside and outside Kyndryl; coordinate with other CIO interns and teams to collect and share stories, photos, videos, and testimonials; monitor and measure the performance and reach of the social media campaign, ; and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Additionally, you will research how other companies leverage social media for their internship programs;, identify best practices and trends;, and deliver a presentation of your findings and recommendations to the CIO leadership and stakeholders.

Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or similar degree program.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in social media and digital media.
- Wide degree of creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Organized, initiative-taking, highly adaptable, and have a strong desire to embrace change.
- Ability and/or experience to work independently, as well as in a team environment, through collaboration and consultation skills, while collaborating with individuals from all backgrounds and organizational levels and across functional areas.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with project management practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Passion for customer service and enthusiasm for employee engagement.
This internship will run for a 12-week term, remotely. The pay range for the position will be $30/hour based on a full-time schedule.
