Social Media Intern

11:11 Media is Paris Hilton's rapidly growing global media company with divisions across digital, TV, audio, licensing, impact and more. 


We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join the team at a key stage in the company’s development. This role is a paid part-time internship. We require that candidates be located in Los Angeles, as there will be in person interaction with the team.


Our product portfolio includes 10+ branded product lines that have generated over $4BN in revenue over the last decade, successful TV shows, podcasts, investments, and expansion across social media, digital, venture capital, web 3.0 and traditional media ventures.

As our Social Media Intern, you’ll:

  • Research trends and trending sounds on social for Reels and TikToks; composing Reels and TikTok videos and concepts
  • Help source footage and edit in-app for TikTok
  • Provide fan engagement support across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Manage YouTube videos and shorts: edit thumbnails, titles, captions, descriptions and prepare for posting and scheduling
  • Provide insights on best performing posts and brainstorm content ideas on TikTok
  • Create content for NFT Instagram and assist with Paris Hilton Shop Instagram
  • Assist with Sprout Social, Notion, and PearPop
  • Ideate schedule content for SMS, social ideas and daily content to try
  • Arrange, create and organize Dropboxes
  • Support editorial for articles and websites on digital platform
  • Provide ideas and assistance in production shoots
  • Maintain and update lists for important dates, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. 
  • Update social calendar + tracking doc and help with social reporting


What you will bring to the role:

  • You have a strong affinity for entertainment, celebrity, and media
  • You are smart, creative, and get excited about learning about building brands and new consumer businesses 
  • You are analytical and organized in your approach
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication/presentation skills
  • You have personal integrity, initiative, and get energized by working as an integral part of an effective team
  • You are eager to contribute your own ideas and opinionsYou have experience with primary social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)
  • You have strong copywriting skillsYou have strong creative storytelling skills and editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
