Social Media Intern

We’re on the hunt for a hair enthusiastic social media intern, someone passionate about beauty, content creation and digital storytelling. This position will report to our Associate Director / Senior Manager of Director of Social Media and Content and is a remote position.

As the Social Media Intern you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating a variety of content for Living Proof’s social media channels with a strong focus on TikTok. The ideal candidate is a wizard in editing and design, and has an understanding of best-in-class content & emerging trends across social.

Responsibilities

Partner with Social Media Strategist to plan and create compelling content for TikTok, as well as with day-to-day operations
Monitor digital trends and competitive landscape to inform ongoing strategy
Assist with community management to engage with digital target audiences
Work with Social Media Strategist to analyze and report on data to understand effectiveness of various content

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
Active user of social media platforms who has a strong interest in learning social media marketing
Proficient in video editing
Strategic, creative thinker who knows how to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
