Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. ModSquad has partnered with a client that operates veterinary clinics in several countries.


We are looking for a Social Media Engagement and Moderation Lead!


You will provide social media customer service based on a list of scripts to be altered/personalized, creatively engaging with the community across social media platforms. You will communicate with the client in a coherent and professional manner, and take note of community trends and patterns in a meaningful way.


Project Hours (all times Pacific):

5 am - 8 pm, daily


Hourly Rate:

To be discussed during the interview


Commitment:

10 hours per week (minimum)


Orientation Data:

1/20/2022 (estimate)


About 15 hours, both management-led, and self-paced

What We Are Looking For:

  • Someone who loves animals
  • Minimum of 10 hours available per week
  • Expertise in social media engagement and/or social media customer support
  • Ability to switch tasks frequently and with ease
  • Ability to understand complex workflow and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to master new tools and programs provided by the client
  • Clear, confident speaking skills for potential client communication
  • Communicative with management during shifts regarding progress and updates
  • Positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented (!!)


WorkSpace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
