Social Media Digital Strategy Manager

As the social media and digital strategy manager on the Social Media Digital team, you’ll lead a team of social and digital strategists responsible for project managing the creation of social and digital marketing content and experiences. In this role, you’ll focus on proactive social media and content planning and development.

You’ll grow and engage the business’s social media followers across all platforms and serve as a company expert in one or more areas of social media marketing.

You’ll also provide direct leadership to your team and develop all social and digital paid and organic content strategies. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for the teams’ performance including performance management, compensation and reward planning, employee development, and monitoring of assigned budget.

Must-have qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 11 years marketing & social media experience, including four years leadership experience (i.e., people management).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, and a minimum of eight marketing & social media experience, including four years leadership experience (i.e., people management).

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated experience in social media and digital brand management and campaign development and ability to adjust and learn in rapidly changing trends/environments. 
  • Proven experience in agency management. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the social digital creative development process. 
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Proven expertise with digital and social media measurement tools and platforms.


  • $93,200.00 - $124,300.00/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
