You will join a team of seasoned fashion and digital executives and help guide the brand on its rapid growth.


A Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an organization's social media strategy. Their primary role is to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic and conversions through various social media platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with the organization's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging, eye-catching, and high-quality visual and written content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pintrest, Threads and Youtube. This content should showcase our unique and celebrated product, lifestyle imagery, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage and relevant industry news.
  • Create content including high quality photography and videos/reels
  • Draft and monitor daily social media posts, stories and ads as needed
  • Monitor and manage the organization's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any other relevant platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and trends.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, communications, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social media channels.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and streamline content creation and publishing processes.
  • Identify and establish relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners for collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities for content creation or engagement.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and ethical considerations related to social media activities.


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools to measure and interpret the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Ability to create high quality video and photo content
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing trends and algorithms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic knowledge of image and video editing software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various stakeholders.


This role requires to be in office FOUR days a week.
