Social Media Coordinator

West Hollywood, CA

Advanced Nutrients is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will be essential to help the team continue to build an engaged brand/community across our social channels. The Social Media Coordinator must-have cannabis growing knowledge. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who is ahead of social trends. The Social Media Coordinator will work across all aspects of social media, including, but not limited to, scheduling, asset management, and campaign assistance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help run all company-branded social media accounts
  • Create engaging content for all social media channels, focusing on relevant trends, brand awareness/updates, and community building
  • Manage engagement with the social audience, including comment and direct message moderation, responding to and engaging fans in conversation on both organic and paid social
  • Assist in coordination and execution of social content with a focus on short-form videos for Reels/Stories
  • Assist in the development of strategies to increase engagement and reach across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Twitter, updating content strategy and posting cadence when needed


Requirements:

  • Must have Grow/Cannabis Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in social media
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Active social media presence across platforms
  • Creative, proactive, and independent thinking
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
