Social Media Content Specialist

Framingham, MA

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Social Media Content Specialist to join our growing Global Social Media team. This role is responsible for executing always-on channel programming, copywriting, publishing, community management, and reporting. They also support original content development, experiential events, and influencer and talent activations. This role sits on the Global Social Media team and will work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Media, Website, and Creative teams. This role will also work alongside two Social Media Content Managers. 

  

About You 

You have a strong POV on TikTok versus Reels and were on Discord before it was cool. Juggling a million and one projects and helping keep your team organized and on track comes second nature to you. You live and breathe music IRL and across social media. You understand evolving media, entertainment, sports and gaming landscapes because you’ve experienced them first-hand. You’re self-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are always looking for ways to grow and push yourself and those around you. 

  

Responsibilities 

  • Manage editorial calendars across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter). 
  • Write original social copy for organic and paid social content. 
  • Publish content to owned channels and monitor community comments, messages, and engagements using our publishing tool, Sprinklr. 
  • Support influencer campaigns and athlete and music artist activations. 
  • Support original content and series development and shoots, including longform storytelling for YouTube, shortform TikTok and Instagram videos, and product marketing. 
  • Support experiential event and entertainment partnerships. 
  • Support regular reporting to track content performance against defined KPIs and implement learnings to optimize content. 
  • Support seeding efforts with brand ambassadors. 

  

Qualifications 

  • Deep understanding of the social media and digital landscape, content and media trends, and online consumer behavior. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven copywriting and content management skills. 
  • Proven multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills. 
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change. 

  

Experience 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media community management, content development and copywriting (agency or client side). 
  • Experience with social media publishing and listening platform (e.g. Sprinklr or similar). 
  • Familiarity and interest in music, sports, gaming, and/or TV/film preferred, but not necessary. 

  

Location 

This position is based in Framingham, MA (currently remote).
