Social Media Content Lead

Remote (United States)

Strategic projects span everything from advertising and direct mail to promotional programs for our product portfolio, PR and events. As well as planning, developing and orchestrating strategies, they shape radical new ideas about how to go to market. 


Join us as a Social Media Content Strategist on our Employer Brand Marketing team in the United States (Remote) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.


What you’ll achieve

The Employer Brand team is responsible for awareness and engagement with potential candidates. The Social Media Content Strategist will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content, to bring our EVP to life, tell authentic team member stories and position Dell as a company of choice.

You will:

  • Develop new video, photo, gif types that increase engagement across social media channels.
  • Create best practice guides and ensure they are utilized by team and that all content falls under these guidelines.
  • Develop ways to engage with current employees and candidates on social media channels.. .
  • Closely monitor progress of deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and focus on approved goals.
  • Be involved in day to day project activities, such as KPI tracking, reporting, and preparing presentations.

Essential Requirements

  • Understanding of social and media landscape, emerging platforms/resources
  • Familiar/excel with creative suites- InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Suite
  • Ability to create multiple pieces of content- video, GIFs, static images
  • Ability to present cohesive plans/KPI to senior leadership


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with global audiences/regional needs
