Social Media Assistant

Fashion Nova is on the hunt for an amazing Social Media Assistant. You will be assigned to either the Content Creation or Influencer teams within the Social Media group, based on skillset and professional desires. As part of the Social Media team, you will join a great group of professionals to bring the best that Fashion Nova has to offer our Nova Babes, to millions of followers across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms. You should be creative and self-driven to help manage and deliver on our social media goals and objectives, while understanding our audience allows for the expression of expression and humor.

*Must be able to work Saturday - Wednesday work schedule.

Responsibilities

Growing and managing the Fashion Nova online social presence to increase brand awareness.
Work with internal teams to produce amazing social media content that continuously drives customer activity and purchasing.
Bring your ideas to anyone who will listen, and make things happen when you see an opportunity!
Look at social media content and feedback to learn how we can continuously improve.
Connect with influencers to drive brand awareness and create excitement across social media platforms.
Identify and engage bloggers, influencers and others that can continuously drive new customers to the Fashion Nova brand.

Required Skills

A passion for fashion, fun, and working hard
Preferred experience in writing professional social media/blog/content posts
Ability to tell engaging stories with posts and pics
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
Organization and managing multiple priorities is required at all times – you will be fast-paced and be able to handle multiple things at once.
Direct experience working with some/all of the following: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work individually
