Requirements

External Description

GSD&M is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Analyst who is responsible for the reporting and analysis of organic social media performance for a major retail apparel brand and a government client.


They will be responsible for facilitating measurement reporting, and mining for key insights and will be a critical connector between our Analytics, Account Leadership, Media, and Social teams.

Responsibilities 

  • Work with the Social Media and Account Leadership teams to develop measurement plans focused on client goals & KPIs 
  • Analyze organic social media performance and make recommendations for improvements, while communicating clear, compelling and actionable insights
  • Develop tracking and reporting requirements, work with social media team to implement custom tracking parameters
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing insights from data
  • Deliver projects independently, but proactively communicate project progress, issues and deliverables to manager and director
  • Ensure all client materials meet/exceed expectations (content & quality) while meeting deadlines
  • Support the Organic Social team in their analyses
