The Director of US ICRC is a senior leadership role within the US business, responsible for driving the integration and utilization of the India and Colombia ICRC into the US operations. This role is essential for implementing the ICRC strategy across key business lines, including Transportation, Earth & Environmental (E&E), and Property & Buildings (P&B). Initially, the role will focus 75% on ICRC development and 25% on Transportation, evolving to a more balanced focus as the ICRC becomes fully embedded into the business. The individual will hold the title of Senior Vice President and will sit on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of the US Transportation business, with participation in the E&E and P&B ELTs.
Your Impact
ICRC Integration and Strategy Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of the ICRC strategy within the US business, working closely with executive leadership across Transportation, E&E, and P&B business lines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the North American Director of Shared Services, India-based US ICRC leader, Colombia ICRC leader, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive the use of ICRC services in the work-winning process, scoping and budgeting, project execution, and delivery to ensure high-quality work products and enhanced profitability.
- Collaborate with the Director of Shared Services for North America to develop KPIs to monitor ICRC performance, including measuring the additional profit generated through ICRC integration.
- Promote the ICRC within the US business by demonstrating the benefits through data-driven KPIs and regular briefings to leaders across the business including to the US ELT.
Leadership and Relationship Building:
- Serve as a key member of the US Transportation ELT, participating in strategic decision-making and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
- Attend every other E&E and P&B ELT meeting, or as required, to ensure alignment and integration of ICRC strategies within these business lines.
- Build and nurture relationships with executive leaders, regional leaders, district line leaders, project managers, business development teams, and dedicated ICRC staff to embed ICRC practices across the organization.
Transportation Business Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Transportation business line executive leader to define and execute responsibilities within the Transportation sector, leveraging strong client relationships and technical expertise.
- Gradually increase involvement in the Transportation business, with an anticipated utilization of 10% in year one, evolving to 25% by year three.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Work with the ICRC leadership team in India and Colombia to promote ICRC services, ensuring that they deliver measurable benefits to the US business.
- Regularly brief the US ELT on the progress of ICRC integration and the overall performance against established KPIs.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience within a large, complex organization, preferably with experience in the Transportation, E&E, or P&B sectors.
- 17+ years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
- Strong understanding of the ICRC model and its application within a global business context.
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs to track performance and profitability.
- Technical expertise and strong client relationships within the Transportation sector are highly desirable.
