How Foundry Works:

As a Sr. Engineer in Foundry, you will partner with our product managers and lead key initiatives from start to completion. Over time you will grow domain knowledge in specific areas of our business and platforms and find more and more projects suited to your growing domain expertise. Leading a project doesn’t mean working on a project alone, in a vacuum. Our Sr. Engineers will lead some projects and consult on other projects, always sharing knowledge and never being the sole source of information. Your thought leadership will be graciously appreciated as Foundry explores ways to leverage cloud technologies while balancing supporting our company’s vivacious growth mindset.

As a Foundry Engineer, you can expect your day to include a dynamic set of work. It may consist of crafting solutions, fielding support needs from our business partners and other engineers, collaborating with product managers to estimate effort, lending an ear to a colleague working through a solution, and plotting taking over the fashion world (probably not, but maybe).

This position will report to the Foundry’s Engineering Manager.
