Senior Recruiter

Dallas, TX

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and hiring candidates so we have the right people resources to achieve our vision for growth. 
  • Train, collaborate, and advise hiring managers on our new inclusive hiring process.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to attract top talent at all levels. There’s a war for talent going on, and we want to win!
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, schools, and organizations so we have a wide, diverse candidate pool to meet our current and future staffing needs. 
  • Participate and enhance our year-round internship program to ensure that our prospective pipeline of talent is primed and ready for their next TRG challenge.
  • Use our applicant tracking system to efficiently manage the candidate workstream, leverage analytics for reporting, and manage KPIs.
  • Implement various HR initiatives as assigned. This is a hybrid role, approximately 80% recruiting-focused and 20% talent-focused.

What You Have in Your Background

  • A bachelor’s degree or a wide range of education and life experiences; the ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and culture
  • Five to seven years of recruiting and/or HR experience preferred 
  • HR certification a plus (HRCI or SHRM)
  • ATS system experience (preferably Jobvite); proficiency with Workday HCM a plus
  • Fun, engaging, and positive attitude
