About the Team:

The expertise of our Technology team helps make Rothy’s a well-oiled machine. These whizzes keep all things tech-related ticking—from expertly engineering our site to providing essential IT assistance to cross-functional teams. As a direct to consumer company, technology is at the center of everything we do, and we couldn’t do it without this team. 


Looking for an opportunity to create and own the product roadmap for user experiences and systems at a thoughtful, sustainable start-up? Rothy’s is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead feature development from ideation to prioritization, execution to post-launch. This role will blend the voice of the customer, analytics and industry insights to drive the strategy for where Rothy’s focuses to create a best-in-class experience for users. This role will be reporting into our Senior Director, Product Management & UX. 


What you’ll do:

  • Be the customer advocate, analyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity
  • Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch, and post launch optimization
  • Own the product vision and work with our analysts to create meaningful problem statements
  • Maintain and manage a product roadmap, rooted in your customer, competition and industry knowledge
  • Take part in triaging and addressing bugs and urgent needs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Data teams
  • Identify new areas for growth through quantitative search and UX studies
  • Serve as the face of the product within the company, and act as the point person to your stakeholders
  • Determine your product’s metrics for success
  • Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization


You are:

  • Passionate about translating needs between a wide audience of stakeholders 
  • Comfortable storytelling the “What, Why, and How” of a feature
  • Experienced in managing a development process - you know how to make things happen
  • Comfortable looking beyond the backlog to create new opportunities
  • Thrive in ambiguity and adapt to new information and data
  • Strong in organizational skills coupled with highly effective communication across various channels


You have:

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in retail/e-commerce
  • Engineering background is a plus
  • Background in managing and leveraging a wide variety of third party systems (SAP, Shopify, UserTesting, Optimizely, etc)
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of how to identify, measure and grow key eCommerce metrics

Pay range:

$165,000 - $190,000 annually


Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
