This role can be based out of either our Columbus or New York City headquarters. As a hybrid role, this person will be expected to be in-office 2-3 days during the week, typically Tuesdays-Thursdays.

As a Sr. Media Specialist on the Marketing team, you will be responsible for paid media campaigns that drive awareness, interest and purchase intent for Victoria’s Secret PINK. Multi-channel campaign support includes social, video, OOH, display, audio, and custom content. You will drive creative briefings, campaign execution and optimization, and effective results against business objectives for Victoria’s Secret in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Your Impact:
- Create paid media campaign briefs and guide weekly discussions with creative partners. Provide asset feedback, ensuring alignment across media touchpoints
- Traffic all PINK campaign assets and managing asset refreshes
- Plan, activate and optimize PINK media plans supporting full-funnel marketing strategies, with core focus on brand/upper funnel marketing campaigns.
- Manage workstreams, processes and timelines with agencies, vendors, and in-house channel teams for successful campaign execution.
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative research and analytics
- Stay current on marketing and media trends, as well as platform best practices, to inform media strategies and creative briefings
Minimum Salary: $82,500.00
Maximum Salary: $112,665.00

Qualifications
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization
- Experience required in paid media planning and/or execution
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with creative teams a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can-do mindset, insatiable curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. Passion for paid media and content creation
- Occasional travel involved
