Senior Marketing Specialist

Greenville, SC

Field Marketing Coordinator RBL - Local implementation of Stork Marketing strategy and supporting regional BD & S objectives by planning and execution of regional marketing and communication activities. Specific activities are;


  • Development of regional marketing plan in line with Stork Marketing strategy and supporting the local growth strategy
  • Execution of the marketing plan through local network events, Stork experience events, round tables, select relevant speaker opportunities at conferences and (virtual) exhibitions etc.
  • Development and tailoring of global marketing collateral regarding region specific themes, language and culture to reinforce our capabilities and brand
  • Profile Safer Together as our evolved HSEQ platform and together with local HSE team organization of the annual RBL Safer Together awards
  • Provide high quality and client approved input for Stork client magazine AIM
  • Deliver input for public relations on regional contract wins
  • Development/provide input for client reference/case studies
  • Lead digital marketing campaign for the region including website development, social media, etc. to drive regional exposure
  • Manage regional language & Business Line specific parts of website
  • Provide input for content creation and AIM, website & social media: blogs, P&S messages, project video's, project milestones, etc.
  • Support, promote and give follow-up on global webinars as well as well as manage, develop and host local webinars
  • Support Strategy & BD director & sales managers with their presentations
  • Local market research and intelligence - monitor & follow-up opportunity databases (like IIR and EIC)
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner


Preferred Qualifications

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related discipline preferred
  • Six (6) years experience in positions that provide a broad view of business, technical writing, project management, and/or industrial marketing
  • Work experience in marketing and line experience in one or more functions is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer and software skills and knowledge to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, electronic presentation programs, and other marketing-related applications
  • Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance industry practices and methodologies is desirable, but can be acquired through related work experience and/or external and internal education opportunities
