Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Help drive improvements and create processes and technology to enable marketing to operate efficiently and to scale with quality and consistency. 
  • Assist Ops Director with strategic planning, budgeting, process development, professional development, and marketing technology/data in order to measure and improve marketing performance and identify best practices with the goal to boost ROI through improved processes, analytics, etc.

  • Focus on behind-the-scenes activity to ensure processes are running smoothly and campaigns reach their goals. 
  • Help increase the efficiency and agility of the SMAC team, aligning marketing efforts with both overarching business strategy and other cross-functional teams or departments (like sales and corp marketing)
  • Knowledge and ability to plan, schedule and execute a project in all stages
  • Align available resources with tasks and bringing activities to completion on time
  • Develop and implement standardized project management framework, tools, and processes to be leveraged globally.

  • Communicating among all stakeholders
  • Track milestones, manage task/project/program dependencies and proactively communicate issues.


Monitor and Control

  • Risk management - identification, monitoring and control
  • Ensure all deliverables align with project scope and goals
  • Manage dependencies and perform ongoing risk analysis


Close

  • Measure and AnalysisManage all SMAC projects for better visibility and efficiency across all the organization
  • Audit projects once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, determine Manage the Product Management Onboarding Program


  • Coordinate/Facilitate SMAC Leadership for outbound reporting and OKRs
  • Manage partnerships with third party vendors on individual projects, when applicable.
