Senior Manager, Learning Operations

Pearson VUE is dedicated to helping its clients deliver more exams by leveraging its global channel of partners. With the industry shift to virtual delivery, there is a need for more coordination with our channel to support virtual delivery from a platform, infrastructure, and partnership aspect.

The Senior Manager, Learning Operations will fulfill requests from the growth services sales team for learning delivery using both a private delivery model and an open enrollment marketplace. This role will be the key operational driver of our partner enablement strategy to increase the number of candidates learning, practicing, and certifying for our Pearson VUE exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of training from customers with a focus on outsourcing as much of that training to our partner network as feasible
• Ensure all training delivery provided by Pearson VUE meets the highest quality standards
• Contain costs to provide exceptional value for the customers that purchase learning from Pearson VUE
• Support the sales team as an SME during the sales process for training delivery
• Recruit trainers for specific projects as needed
• Utilize Learn-Practice-Certify packages to ensure candidates are certifying at as close to a 1 to 1 ratio as possible
• Manage an open enrollment marketplace that allows partner organizations to purchase seats in partner delivered classes as well as sell their seats in classes they deliver, and we accept to be part of the schedule.

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years in the Commercial Training Industry
• Experience in operating around the globe
• Experience working with IT contract trainers
• Experience working with Training Companies

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: Minimum full-time salary range is between $100k - $125k.
