The Commercial team is a group of Account Executives with diverse backgrounds and a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and sharing. Each Account Executive has individual goals and quotas and is motivated to help reach out and collaborate so we can all succeed.


What we're looking for

New customers are signing up for SurveyMonkey Enterprise every day. Reporting to our VP of Sales, you will scale the team to increase revenue across essential markets. Drawing from your experience leading sales teams and engaging with customers, you will manage our Mid Market sales team. Joining the team from the outset, you will help build the team, developing collateral, driving account prioritization, and establishing key success measures.


You will focus on building relationships with executive-level enterprise decision-makers, administrators and champions of Momentive. Focus on delivering training programs, improving customer satisfaction, and on driving account growth and renewals. A member of the leadership team within our Enterprise and Customer Operations organizations, you will also help collect and deliver customer insights into our product development cycle.


This is a remote friendly position to candidates living in the United States.


You will

  • Lead Momentive's Mid Market sales organization by attracting qualified candidates
  • Mentor a team of sales executives across all stage of the sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and growing accounts
  • Promote operational excellence through pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and leveraging data to recognize trends and improve business across all areas
  • Ensure customers obtain maximum value from their investment in Momentive, identify new opportunities, and growth accounts
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners in key accounts
  • Build a long-term, sustainable business by focusing on customer success


You have

  • 3+ years of relevant experience leading sales and customer success organizations for enterprise software/SaaS product
  • Experience building and scaling multicultural sales teams
  • Success selling to customers of all sizes and from all industries, including large corporations and governments organizations, and managing strategic relationships at the executive level
  • Effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive meetings and communications
  • Knowledge of business processes, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Success
  • Previous experience leading other Sales Managers
