Senior Manager, Communications

Atlanta, GA

The Senior Manager, Communications HCE will help drive the business, employee engagement and executive communications for Honeywell Connected Enterprise. Partnering closely with HR and marketing, this role is expected to execute resources to drive comprehensive and integrated campaigns to strengthen employee engagement, cultivate an inclusive performance culture, and support company talent attraction and retention for the business. The individual in this roll will drive storytelling of key business initiatives, including digitalization, sustainability and cybersecurity, and help manage internal communications channels.


Reporting into the Senior Director, Communications, they will be part of a strong team of communicators focused on elevating awareness, engagement and reputation for Honeywell Connected Enterprise and its suite of SaaS products and services. The role is based in HCE’s Midtown Atlanta headquarters.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Work closely with the Senior Director, Communications to develop and execute communications strategies that are strongly linked to business strategy and performance requirement.
  • Lead communications projects from inception to measurement reporting.
  • Develop content and regularly update communications channels – and identify new or expand use of existing tools.
  • Plan and execute internal events, such as quarterly town halls and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across Honeywell communications on projects in support of the business and function.
  • Partner with Marketing, PR, and Human Resources to integrate a comprehensive employee brand awareness and thought leadership strategy.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-national corporate communications function and companies/relevant agency experience
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS and highly matrixed environments
  • Excellent communications skills, including verbal and especially written
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing
