Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting, grid-loving, color-obsessed Senior Graphic Designer to join our firmwide marketing team. Under the direction of the Firmwide Director of Graphic Design, you will support the marketing efforts across the firm’s 30 studios and build brand presence internally and externally. You will serve as a creative expert, working closely with firm leadership to deliver impactful and beautiful designs with the utmost quality.
You will work collaboratively with the other members of the firmwide marketing team and local studio teams to develop a wide variety of print and digital marketing collateral including publications, templates, brochures, infographics, social and email campaigns, presentations, and microsites.

We’re looking for:
- Polished portfolio showcasing your creative design skills across print and digital mediums
- Advanced typography and layout skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CC Libraries
- Proficient technical understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and how to apply them within WordPress, Elementor, and Squarespace
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 6+ years of related experience
- Background in the architectural or another design field is a plus
