We will count on you to:

Design Execution

  • Effectively communicate and document design ideation, process and SLA's
  • Schedule necessary resources to meet project scope and ensure that project components are delivered within scope
  • Delegate design tasks (when necessary) to meet deadlines and assure total integrity of jobs
  • Generate ideas and sell them into clients and other members of the team
  • Build a network of design partners with an emphasis on learning, client service, and creative quality
  • Collaborating across the creative community to improve standards of digital design creativity
  • When required, act as a primary liaison to internal and external stakeholders
  • Bring the creative ideas of others to market


Project Management / Staff Development

  • Keep project (and team) active/on task and track performance against project goals
  • Help manager evaluate staff/affiliates/agencies
  • Mentor design staff/affiliates on all aspects of professionalism, management, design, and brand protocols


Process Improvement

  • Work with team to maintain quality of client experience and brand exposure
  • Direct activities that enhance the client experience


What you need to have: 

  • 4-year design degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Mastery of software used in creation of work, ability to mentor designers
  • Demonstrated proficiency and exposure to various media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Prior experience managing projects
  • Proven interest and ability to articulate the value of design in a business environment
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
