Senior Financial Analyst

Santa Clara, CA

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decisions-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of product, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to execute to Company’s timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Finance Business Partner to support WW Sales on revenue incentives
  • Lead cross functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Accounting and Partner Organization teams on managing rebates and marketing development funds.
  • Deep dives into rebates and marketing development funds to evaluate strategies and ROI
  • Development and reporting of key performance metrics and dashboard to measure program effectiveness and partner success
  • Analyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems with the ability to synthesize the data to draw conclusions, provide business insights and tell a story through data
  • Manage data quality and data accuracy across all group projects and drive continuous improvement efforts for data quality. Ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reports
  • Standardize and automate analysis and reporting to scale the business
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales and Finance


What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience, especially with data analytics and data modeling, supporting a global, high-tech corporation
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business (or equivalent experience), MBA a plus
  • Expert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP, SFDC, Tableau and BI Tools applications a plus
  • Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to build and convey business insight
  • Ability to define and drive new process and analytics and influence business decisions
  • Ability to roll up the sleeves and handle large dataset and processes that are manual with the eventual goal to improve and streamline 
  • Detailed orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage multiple priorities and challenge the status quo to drive change and process improvement.
