Senior Executive Admin

Plano, TX

The Senior Administrative Assistant, Global Procurement will provide primary administrative support to a Global Procurement Vice President.


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to a Global Procurement VP and direct reports on the Global Procurement Team
  • Preparation of documents, correspondence, and presentations for team
  • Maintain calendars, schedule and organize meetings across multiple time zones
  • Provide critical coordination support for manager and coordinate with direct reports on broader team located across Globe
  • Provide critical coordination support for Sr. Directors supported and coordinate with direct reports on broader teams located across Globe
  • Coordinate international / domestic travel
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for global leadership and group meetings
  • Work on special projects as needed (e.g. logistics and presentation materials for Global Categories Town Halls, training sessions, etc.)
  • Accurate reconciliation of monthly T&E, SAP, P-Card
  • Ability to work on confidential projects and matters with minimal direction and an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Provide high-level administrative support by preparing reports and correspondence, handling information requests, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings (includes staff meetings, period financial reviews, Townhalls, meetings with PepsiCo senior management and external partners)
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior executive administrative experience preferred
  • Computer savvy – high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to function well in a team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of management
  • Effective communication skills, strong collaboration skills and an impeccable standard of excellence
  • Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, including the ability to make clear and timely decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision, set goals, creates and implements action plans and monitor progress towards goals
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
