Senior Content Specialist

Philadelphia, PA

As part of the corporate marketing team, this position has the potential to cover a lot of ground for an eager self-starter. The Senior Marketing Content Specialist will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building and industry conversation. The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional storytelling skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • There is no shortage of amazing stories to tell at EPAM – you are passionate about writing and storytelling
  • Content lives in many formats – you find the best ways to leverage different channels to draw people into our content strategy
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization by co-creating dynamic content
  • Work with the global marketing team to analyze content performance metrics and make recommendations on the content, design or features to improve effectiveness of content


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-6 years’ experience researching and writing marketing collateral, web, thought leadership and social media content
  • Experience with creating content for B2B audiences
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with marketing and business stakeholders
  • Communicate exceptionally through words, pictures, and stories
  • Embodies a learning mindset, welcoming opportunities to learn about new technologies, innovation
  • Comfortable interviewing, ghost writing and providing editorial feedback for internal SMEs
  • Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace and manage ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
  • Strong command of AP style and experience with infographic design, video (scripting and/or production) considered a plus
  • Cover letter and work samples required for consideration

This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
