Senior Analyst, Finance Systems & Project

The Finance Systems & Projects team connects possibilities to numbers. As the project management office for Finance, this team leads global initiatives by consulting on technology solutions with cross-functional partners on business integrations. This team is essential to the rapid spin-up of new guest experiences in retail and digital, new channels, store of the future, supply chain optimization and international growth while maintaining timeliness of financial reporting, accuracy of data and integrity of internal controls.

This team also forecast needs and plans for financial technology investments. A Day In The Life

You have the unique opportunity to design and launch the latest technology in Membership guest experiences, creating and validating solutions for accurately capturing financial and tax transactions, order fulfillment, movement of inventory end-to-end, and return logistics.
Collaborate with Membership teams on projects and initiatives.
Liaise between Finance and Membership project leaders with gathering requirements, designing and testing new systems, evaluating options and perform testing in systems, including extracting and analyzing data sets.
Problem-solve with technology and operations partners to ensure timely and smooth launches. You are analytical, focused on quality, solutions-oriented and think critically.
You are an early adopter, super user or systems expert.
Lead team initiatives such as continuous improvements and automation.

Qualifications

Fast learner, organized, high attention to detail, committed to quality
Strong communication skills and team player – able to lead meetings, and have clear written communication. History of multiple cross-functional projects, and system implementations as a functional lead.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and collaboration tools (Atlassian).
In the progress of working towards, or is a designated accountant – CPA (CGA, CA, CMA) or equivalent.
Experience with subscription, revenue, billing, e-commerce, inventory and POS systems in an IT Consulting, BA, or QA role an asset. (GoTransverse, Oracle ATG/CSC, Sterling OMS, Oracle Retail, Oracle EBS)
Working knowledge of SQL and query logic.
