The Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing and executing data collection and management, analytics, research, and reporting projects, as well as identifying and implementing enhancements to Campbell processes and systems. This role works closely with the Sustainability Reporting

Manager, Associate Director of Sustainable Agriculture, and other members of the CR&S team, and is jointly responsible for supporting the execution of these programs.

The Sr. Analyst applies in-depth knowledge and understanding of sustainability data, technical information, and reporting processes to assess problems and challenges, define approaches and workplans, and deliver high-quality, accurate work product suitable for use with senior executives. The Sr. Analyst may review the work of, and provide direction to, more junior employees. Work is done independently and requires excellent evaluation, judgment, and interpretation.

Primary Responsibilities (70%)

  • Manages a wide range of data and analytical projects that inform business strategy and reporting at program and enterprise levels.
  • Manages critical aspects of larger team projects, and supports execution of sustainability programs.
  • Conducts external research, peer benchmarking, and analysis that informs strategy, priorities, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners on projects and programs.
  • Develops and refines processes and controls for data aggregation, validation, and reporting in preparation for compliance with emerging regulations (e.g., SEC,
  • CSRD, EPR).
  • Supports the implementation and enhancement of assurance systems and tools, including external assurance readiness.
  • Manages data- and information-related interactions with suppliers, farmers, and customers, directly and via reporting platforms.
  • Supports the completion of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report and other reporting deliverables in alignment with various standards (e.g., SASB/ISSB,
  • TCFD, GRI)

Other Activities (30%)

  • Tracks return on sustainability investment and supports the effective communication of its value proposition.
  • Builds scenario analyses using available tools like Microsoft Excel and Microstrategy.
  • Recommends improvements for data collection and management processes.
  • Develops and maintains documentation of processes and procedures around data collection and management.
  • Builds subject matter expertise in ESG and shares expertise and emerging issues and trends with the organization through internal postings, presentations, and employee engagement event

Minimum Requirements

  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus. Depending on major area of study, Master's Degree may count toward part of experience requirements. Degree emphasis could include supply chain, finance, business administration, data analytics/statistics or economics.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years experience. Corporate or large company experience is a plus.
  • Background and understanding of environmental sustainability, food value chains, and voluntary environmental reporting protocols, like the GHG Protocol, Scope 3 Protocol and Food Loss and Waste Protocol are a plus.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Good communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects independently and efficiently.
  • Naturally a self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to learn new topics quickly.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between  $72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
