Senior Account Coordinator

E/M is looking for their next superstar team member! We are a creative communications agency with an all-female team out of San Diego. We focus on serving lifestyle and wellness brands looking to expand themselves in the digital space!

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated go-getter as our next Senior Account Coordinator. We are seeking someone with their finger on the pulse when it comes to social trends and who has a natural knack for creative thinking to work alongside our clients and oversee and their various creative projects.

• certifications + references are a plus!

Job Requirements - Experience is key here...

• 3 - 5 years experience working in social media + influencer relations for an agency or brand
• experience managing multiple social media management + influencer relation clients
• proficient in social media platforms, reporting programs, and ALL social media-focused applications (Later, Planoly, Canva...etc.)
• excellent client communications skills and coordination experience with strategic partnerships

Here's a peek at what you will be doing...

• support + lead the team with all tasks across all projects. this will include everything from curating social strategy to identifying influencers to executing creative campaigns
• supervising + maintaining client accounts. responsible for client communications, tracking campaigns, and measuring KPIs as well as executing creative strategy and high-level partnerships
• work alongside the e/m team to create 'viral'-worthy content and campaign strategy
• seek out new trending ideas, content, or campaigns for marketing
• assist with copy-writing, editing, content creation, and mapping per client account
• explore new opportunities for clients within the social media and marketing landscape and bring new ideas to the table
