SAP SD Administrator

Port Washington, NY

Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed.

Communicate with user for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP SD module as needed to support customer requirements.

Full support of users within all relevant sites of company in North America. Identify and understand end users technical SAP SD Interface requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide on-going support.

Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and reports results.

Serves as the primary on-call support person for trouble shooting and correcting system issues.

Required Skills:

  • Expected to have at 5 years of relevant experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications
  • Understanding of SAP ABAP Program Development; minimum of 5 years experience.
  • At least 5 years of module maintenance experience such as SAP SD
  • SAP HANA development and operation experience is plus
  • Knowledge of  SAP End User Training
  • Project management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing test, training users and documenting training materials
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and information technology practices and methods
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Interpersonal – communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues
  • Analytical – gather facts, listen to customers/colleagues and responds professionally
  • Presentation – researches and prepares well thought out responses
  • Analyze problems and solve the issue
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously when required
  • Willing and able to learn new concepts, processes with a positive attitude
  • Languages (Bilingual) – Korean, English (Proficient / Fluent)

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
