SAP R2R Support Analyst Intern

We are looking for a R2R SAP S/4 Hana Support Analyst Intern for our R2R (Record to Report) SAP S/4 Hana Service Delivery team. The R2R SAP intern will assist in documenting and troubleshooting Finance and Controlling business processes, defects and resolutions, and process gaps with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana. They will get insights and exposure to SAP and complex finance and controlling business processes in a global company. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for learning finance and controlling business processes, problem solving, and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Adept at quickly acquiring software skills
Creating business process flow diagrams and knowledge documents
Help identify business and technical process gaps and document them
Understand defect resolutions and document solutions

Standard Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of any ERP preferred (JDE, SAP, etc) but not required
Very strong MS Office skills
Demonstratable knowledge of accounting principles
Strong business aptitude, the ability to rapidly learn complex business processes, and become conversant with subject matter experts
Great curiosity, high enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced competitive environment

Educational Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in CIS and/or Accounting and Finance
