What You’ll Do Here:

The SAP FICO Senior Business Systems Analyst, FICO will be a key member of the Financial Applications team, charged with supporting Shutterfly’s ongoing stabilization and optimization of its Finance, Accounting, and Control applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Oracle Cloud EPM, Blackline, and related analytics solutions.


Reporting to the SAP Finance Applications Lead, this techno-functional role is responsible for application design, development, deployment, and support. This individual will build strong relationships with business function subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of enterprise application capabilities with business objectives


The Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to lead and support projects related to SAP Financial Applications General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Banking, and Integrations to legacy and thirdparty applications.
  • Strong Collaboration with Finance SMEs to gather business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
  • Problem solving skills - strive to proactively resolve technical and process issues impacting the Finance organization.
  • Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for business stakeholders.
  • Plan and organize project tasks, reports progress, manages and coordinates with internal and application managed services (AMS) resources.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and performs functional testing & maintains system documentation.
  • Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, private edition Experience with Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Payroll, and
  • OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) integrations to S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Blackline, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Planning & Budgeting solutions - e.g. Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and/or
  • Hyperion - including integrations with Finance & Controlling is highly desirable.
  • Experience with the Revenue Recognition process and solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP GRC is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with RevTrac or similar software release management solutions is highly
  • desirable.
  • Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testing
  • Clear understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) as applied to ERP.
  • Proven experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile delivery methods.
  • Accounting background and good process knowledge is highly preferred.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical background: Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related IT field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Configuration, Development, and maintenance of SAP financial applications, including GL, AR, AP, FA, Bank integrations

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed and may not be applicable to other locations. California: [$101,800-$144,850] Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$101,800-$133,450] Colorado and Washington: [$101,800-$122,550] Nevada: [$96,600-$133,450] This position may be eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401K program, and other employee perks.
