What to Expect

As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
  • Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines


What You’ll Bring

  • Associate Degree, or equivalent 
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Notary License is preferred. Should notary support be required of this role, Tesla will provide assistance with obtaining a license
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
