Location: Detroit, MI - Open to Remote
High Level:
As a member of the Benzinga Subscription Services Sales Team, you will ensure an excellent customer and prospect experience on Benzinga Pro and adjacent services. Daily activities will include fielding questions and concerns for current and prospective customers through chat, text, phone, email and video conferencing software.
The most successful candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails, and contribute to a positive problem-solving culture on our team. Past sales and customer service experience preferred, but not required. A passion for stock trading will set you apart!
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound calls and messages
- Outbound call campaigns
- Learn Benzinga Pro and other B2C products for effective sales conversations
- Engage in sales training
- Other tasks as assigned
Stuff you need to get this gig:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing; or equivalent work experience
- Awareness of the Stock Market (as a trader or investor)
- 1+ year of B2C (consumer subscription) sales experience, with a successful track record in a solution-based selling environment
- Experience driving growth by routinely seeking creative solutions
- Self-motivated, high energy person that can thrive in a competitive but fun team environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Benzinga Pro
- Proficiency with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with Hubspot
- Experience with Five9
