Sales Specialist

Tampa, FL

The Customer Care Sales Specialist is a customer-facing role that provides sales and customer development support to potential and existing customers in a contact-center environment. Utilizing standardized processes, this role requires the individual to drive beverage sales growth through account development, retention of existing customers, and qualifying potential customers in support of new outlet acquisition.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional account management which results in increased volume and profitability through the resolution of issues and/or the establishment of the value conveyed in the bundle of goods and service
  • Understanding how the individual bottler go to market strategies effect customer experiences
  • Maintain and/or repair customer relationships to resume customer ordering
  • Ad hoc selling around brand categories and specialized pricing programs
  • Analyzing data to determine root causes and/or identify opportunities
  • Handling customer issues to final resolution
  • Selling the value bundle of goods and services to obtain new business
  • Resolution of Customer Support Tickets (CST’s)
  • Meet and maintain all key performance metrics
  • Professionally communicate as needed with field business teams to ensure customer expectations are successfully achieved
  • Provide validated and constructive feedback to team leaders that will drive individual, team and campaign performance
  • Collaborate and actively participate in a teamwork environment to drive engagement
  • Extended periods of sitting, typing, and looking at dual computer screens
  • Must be flexible to work any shift

Education Requirements

High School Diploma Required


Years of Experience

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Some business experience in the beverage industry preferred
  • Customer service/sales, prospecting and/or customer retention required
