Sales Programs & Content Manager

Remote (United States)

We are looking for a Sales Programs & Content Manager who will act as a project manager within sales and help to drive adoption of sales programs. This person will be in a creative role responsible for owning content within PandaDoc’s production environments, increasing adoption and working with Sales Programs and Enablement to ensure efficiencies across our sales funnel. The ideal candidate comfortable working on multiple projects at once, and has experience with video editing, content creation, and understanding of the PandaDoc Platform.


In this role, you will:

  • Assist Sales Leaders to implement changes within PandaDoc including changes to content, approval workflows, and catalogs
  • Drive a program for change ownership within PandaDoc’s production environment
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure data flow between Salesforce and PandaDoc is always up to date
  • Create content for Sales Enablement to train on new changes to content, templates, and new products within PandaDoc
  • Build process with marketing to import new Sales Collateral 
  • Identify key gaps in Sales Collateral and templates calling out changes that need to be made
  • Drive adoption of new processes to increase sales efficiency


About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in crafting creating content, developing training materials, and project management
  • Proven experience in content creation and project management
  • Eye for design and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Willing to call out what needs to be done and make it happen
  • Knowledge of effective sales strategies (seed, grow, advise) and working with sales people
  • Ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment comprised of various internal partners
  • Experience with PandaDoc platform, its editor, and workflow rules
