Sales Optimization Manager

As a Sales Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams worldwide and driving growth across international markets. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage events and processes across different locations will be crucial in facilitating seamless sales operations and ensuring our sales team around the globe receive exceptional service. In this role, you will: 

  • Assist sales teams in various countries with day-to-day operations, including creating sales collateral, tracking project progress, and scheduling and attending prospect meetings across different time zones.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients across various regions, promptly responding to inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our website software solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities in our global CRM system. 
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring they align with our company's value propositions and meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Handle logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination, and event promotion for international sales meetings, conferences, exhibitions and workshops to ensure their success and effectiveness, including onsite and post-event management.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between international sales teams, web developers, designers, and customer support, ensuring a seamless global experience for our clients.


Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of recent experience working in global sales, marketing, or partnership management.
  • Experience executing high-quality results in fast-paced environments, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Proficiency in using global CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Bonus points if you have:

  • Event management experience, including planning, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Familiarity with web development concepts and website software and/or Salesforce knowledge

We’re a B2B business unit focused on creating and cultivating relationships with various enterprises such as global Telecoms, Directories, SaaS platforms, and large-scale companies. Our goal is to successfully design and deliver a value-driven Channel engagement, driving SMB traffic with high conversion rates. 


At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office as needed.


This position require up to 20% travel along with flexibility to support teams within multiple timezones


Approximate base compensation $80,000 - $90,000 per year. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
