Steadily is hiring for a Sales Operations Manager! The Sales Operations Manager drives team results by optimizing workflows, lead distribution, and improving operational efficiency. The Sales Manager stays updated on market trends, ensures compliance, and identifies opportunities for market expansion.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the inside sales process, closely tracking success through each stage of the customer journey
- Lead and oversee the lead scoring and routing processes
- Own the sales agent performance evaluation processes
- Directly manage the Sales Qualification Team, leveraging analytics to improve lead contact strategies
- Own the CRM (SalesForce) setup for the sales organization
- Maintain clear and concise reports and dashboards and provide regular updates to senior management.
Your Background
- Experienced: You are a gifted sales operations leader with 3+ years experience in a high volume inside sales organization
- Data: You are very comfortable running your own reports and leveraging data to advise your strategy
- Operations: You have strong operational acumen when it comes to a high volume sales organization
- Driven: You’re excited about joining a company on a crazy trajectory and aren’t afraid to work as hard as it takes to get the job done
- Insurance. Experience in Property & Casualty insurance is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 base salary

- We are in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays are optional.
