Sales Operations Coordinator

The IGT iLottery Pre-Sales team is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team . As we look to grow, this pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring that our Pre-Sales team is able to expand into new markets and extend services in existing markets with speed and precision.

This individual will be responsible for facilitating our sales objectives, ensuring the team is aligned, following the sales process, fostering cross-team collaboration, and helping to achieving results in an efficient and effective manner, with integrity and quality. 


  • Maintain a list of all opportunities and be able to report on their status to internal collaborators and prepare materials for senior management. Ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Ensure pre-sales and sales process is adhered too for opportunity creation, estimation tracking to final presentation for acceptance.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of pre-sales and sales artifacts provided through coordination and engagement with subject matter exports (product, marketing, technology, etc.).
  • Handle pre-sales budget for demonstration environments and tradeshows, including distribution of charge elements and tasks for engineering staff.
  • Schedule and lead meetings as needed as part of pre-sales and sales coordination.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team of individual contributors towards a single goal.
  • Coordinate to ensure new markets and go-to market initiatives are tracked accordingly and completed based on agreed timelines and scope.


  • Experience with using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
  • Experience with Clarity is a plus.
  • Highly detailed with a focus on process adherence with a constant aim to improve efficiency.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable to work unsupervised.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to ensure team remains on task and working towards our objectives.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with internal team stakeholders and external stakeholders with clear and effective messaging.
  • Ability to make decisions and be a self-starter, take initiative and realize when an opportunity to improve exists.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $54,500 - $105,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
