Sales Operations Analyst

King of Prussia, PA

What does a great Sales Operations Analyst do?

  • Supports the integration of insights from financial/sales/volume data into strategic insights that enable effective and tactical decision making for the ISV sales channel.
  • Creates and owns sales reporting and analysis pertaining to sales performance, sales productivity, sales pipeline, and sales financial and operational metrics.
  • Presents data & insights to industry executives, and proactively suggests amendments to sales strategy relative to findings, trends and market indicators.
  • Works directly with senior sales leadership, strategic business partners, finance, product, and marketing to deliver insightful analysis with a focus on reporting automation and efficiency.


Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient Salesforce.com CRM experience desired for this role
  • Organized, analytical mind that can be quick on their feet when it comes to issue discovery/response/proposal
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who's able to look ahead and foresee issues and plan around them


Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Related Field
  • 3+ Years of Sales and/or Revenue Operations or Business Analytics experience
  • Payments Industry a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in a Business Intelligence platform (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) a huge plus
